This privacy policy sets out how O’Fee Next Level Accounting uses and protects any information that you give ONLA when you use our services or website.

O’Fee and Associates Limited trading as O’Fee Next Level Accounting (“ONLA”) is strongly committed to protecting personal data. It is not intended to cover categories of personal information that are not covered by the Privacy Act unless otherwise specified.

Besides our staff, we may share this information with our agents, contractors, and external service providers; Law enforcement and Government agencies or regulatory bodies, as part of an engagement, (for example, the Inland Revenue Department); and third-party software in order to keep accurate records.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide a certain type of information, we may be unable to provide certain specific services.

Your personal information is not disclosed to third parties for the use of allowing them to send marketing material to you. However, we may share non-personal, de-identified or aggregated information with them for research, data analytics or promotional purposes.

For example, our IT systems feature password protections, firewalls, and site monitoring functionalities.  Data held and stored "in the cloud", using third party service providers, is protected by internal and external firewalls, and access is restricted via passwords. We also require our IT contractors and other third parties to implement privacy safeguards. Further, our staff members receive regular training on our strict privacy and confidentiality procedures in relation to all personal information stored by us electronically and in printed form.
 
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we collect is accurate and up-to-date and is stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure.

We will retain your personal information whilst it is required for our business functions or any other lawful purpose. We use secure methods to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information when it is no longer needed.

Because ONLA wants your user experience to be as informative and resourceful as possible, we may provide on our website or in emails, links to other websites and embedded content operated by third parties that may also set cookies. ONLA is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of those sites. Access, updating and correction of personal information
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you. We do not generally charge for requests to access your personal information. However, we may charge a fee:

We will advise you of the estimated timeframe and costs (if any) in connection with any request for access to, or the correction of, your personal information.
